Fear is an unpleasant triggered feeling or emotional response to recognizing danger or threat.
It is normal to feel some fear in our daily life everyone experience this type of emotions and it's all normal there are nothing to worry about. The problems starts when it's affects a person mental health mostly our fears are psychological.
Here we are discuss some ideas to overcome fear in some steps:-
1. Whenever you feel you are in some types of fear let's stop thinking about anything and just sit for few minutes.
2. Start breath as deep as possible for couples of minutes and close eyes it would help to control your blood pressure.
3. It's strange but let's think about worst what could be happen and remember that you can handle any situation in your life.
4. Remember that nothing is permanent in this universe and this bad phase of your life is also pass with the time.
5. The most important thing to deal with your fear is to face it so don't run from it just try to face and when start to face your fear automatically overcome.
This is some tips to overcome fear but when it's out of control reach doctors or psychiatrist.
