Healthy foods to eat everyday
Here we are going to discuss about what is healthy food and a balanced diet, nowadays a debate is going on between vegitarian and non vegetarian people that which food is best.
So my dear readers my humble request to you please don't follow anything blindly about eating there are many people and many advices but if you think you will follow a diet for some days and it will make you healthy so you are wrong because everyone has a different body type.
If you seriously want to fit and healthy for forever you should understand what is your body type and what food makes you healthy.
Many articles are available on internet about what is healthy food in that articles they list some healthy food but that's not enough for a healthy body.
My request to you please eat as natural as you can here I am going to tell you some important points about healthy eating :-
1. Always go for natural foods
2. Eat both types of foods veg and non-veg
3. Select your foods by weather and time
4. Drink water properly
5. Always eat slowly
6. Eat more vegetables and fruits
7. Exercise regularly
8. Choose cow milk than others
9. Always try to eat at time
10. Sleep properly
Change your eating habits when you realize anything is not going good .
