Hello dear guys how are you all I hope that all are doing well so guys our today's topic is about what is anger issues and how to manage it. Nowadays it's becoming most common issue in our society therefore we are going to discuss about it and try to understand what is the cause of our angers and how can we manage it. 

First of all we should try to understand what is anger, so the meaning of anger is a strong emotion which triggers us to take any action which may be wrong or right or can makes someone hurt we loose our control when we are in anger. 

We may be do anything in anger which we actually not willing to do but questions is this why we loose control on ourselves when we are in anger nobody wants to be an angry man but when it's comes we all becomes angry.

Some basic Causes of anger 


Fear of losing  

In my opinion this is the major cause of anger feeling of losing somthing or someone will makes anyone angry. 


Disappointment 

Disappointment from others and from self is one of main cause of anger when we hope that some person will never hurts us and that person breaks our hope then the feeling of disappointment turns into anger. 


Pain 

It can be physical or mental pain but pain mostly makes us feel angry because it's default human nature pain generates a feeling of danger and make us angry. 


Injustice 

Injustice in anything anyway makes us angry when we felt that some types of cheating done with us then the feeling of injustice becomes anger. 


Insult or misbehave

One of the most common reason for our anger when anyone insult us then our ager comes out and loose our control it can be any type of insult or we can say it's misbehave also. 


Problems 

In our life everyone get problems and that some problems some time makes us angry because problems made us frustrated and emotionally unstable and that causes anger. 


Physically unfit 

Sometimes we are not physically fit and that causes our anger because when we are not physically fit then our mind will not stable and some stress harmones are releases which makes us feel angry.

Anger always comes with some bad things and it can be dangerous for our health sometimes when anger goes it takes our happiness, relationship, humour and personality along. That's why we should always try to avoid it and therefore I have mentioned tricks and solutions to manage our anger. 


1. Identify the cause 

First we should know what is the main cause of our anger sometimes it would be essential but most of the time it is useless we always try to find the cause of anger and try to handle it peacefully. 

2. Try to take pause 

When we are in anger then we don't think before speak and it can get us into trouble which is not good for our health, relationship, work and etc. Therefore we should take a pause before speak when we are angry. 

3. Take deep breaths 

Whenever anger comes it makes us feel more  energetic and heat so therefore we should try to take deep breaths when we are going to be angry. 

4. Start to clean your house 

When anger comes we feels to take actions physically and most of the time we takes wrong actions but instead of that we should try to take right action like cleaning our house. It will make us calm down. 

5. Start counting 

Yes, it works everyone should try this trick to calm down in any type anger it would be helpful because it's distract our mind from the present situation. 

6. Do exercise 

Exercises has many benefits and management of any anger is one of them wherever we feels that situations will going to make us angry we should start exercising.
