 How to stop overthinking and relax 


 The overthinking is when we repeatedly think about same thing that condition is known as overthinking. Which is mostly out of our control and the main cause of overthinking is fear to loose something. 


Here I am going to discuss how we can stop overthinking and relax 


1. Don't forget nothing is permanent 

In this world nothing is permanent everything is temporary and whatever is your phase of life right now it will also change with the time so if you are in overthinking keep patience. 


2. Take care of your health 

Because if your body is not fit then your mind can't think clearly so keep your body healthy to cure overthinking. 


3. Take a nap as soon as possible 

If you think it's going out of control try to take a nap quickly because sleeping help you to stop overthinking and after that you we relax. 


4. Distract yourself 

Distract yourself at anything try to do some work whatever you can do at that time it will helps you to forget what you are overthinking about. 


5 Talk with your friends 

Friends are always helps so tell them about your problems because I listened a phrase that "By sharing the problem it strat decreases". 


6. Go for a long walk 

If it is possible then you can go outside for a long walk because if you go for a walk your environment will change and by the change in environment your mental environment will also change. 


7. Find the cuase 

Find your triggers and from where it's coming then start to solve them especially start with a miner one and then go for bigger one. 


8. Write your thoughts 

This technique will help you instantly write down your thoughts all of them and don't stop, believe me after some thoughts all of your thoughts automatically ends .
