How we can get rid of bad habits :- first of all we have to understand what are the bad habits
So there are two types of bad habits first one is normal like :-
1. Nail biting
2. Nose picking
3. Not brushing teeth
4. Not sleeping on time
5. Being selfish
6. Looking at screen right before bed
Second you should take seriously :-
1. Drinking alcohol
2. Smoking
3. Drinking and Driving
4. Driving too fast
5. Talking over people
